Newsletter, Survey, and Service Providers

We use service providers to host the website, deliver newsletters, and collect survey responses. We share information with those providers only as needed to provide the service you requested. Their own privacy policies and terms also apply. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a transfer of the Human Inference project. We do not sell personal information.

Website Measurement

The website records limited first-party measurement so we can understand which pages and tagged links receive visits and which visits lead to a new newsletter subscription. This may include the page path, referring website hostname, campaign tags, and a temporary session identifier kept in your browser. We do not put email addresses, survey answers, full URLs, or session replay data into website measurement records. Browser blocking or incomplete delivery can make these counts lower than actual visits.

Local Publishing Tools

Content Agents is an administrative publishing workflow that Muxin Li runs locally. It is not a public website or a service offered to visitors. When the operator connects a social-media account, the local workflow may process account identifiers, authorized account information, authorization tokens, and content selected for publishing. This information is used only to manage the operator's authorized accounts and is not collected from Human Inference website visitors.

Retention and Deletion

Newsletter subscription information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Survey responses and messages are kept only while they remain useful for the purposes described above or as required by law. Local publishing data is kept while an integration remains active or until it is deleted or no longer operationally necessary.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe method. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, email us at the address below. We may retain information when required by law or necessary to resolve security and integrity issues.
